Our delightful sommelier Mark passed away on 8th of June.
He was a funny, brave and much loved friend.

Mark was diagnosed with a rare from of leukaemia just after Emily was born only a year ago.

Dinner for Emily will be complemented by the wines of Jasper Hill. Generosity is a Laughton Family hallmark and their donation of the 2009 Emily’s Paddock (prior to its official release) at the dinner is a tribute to the regard in which they held Mark.

Additional wines have been kindly donated from M.Chapoutier Australia's portfolio of their wines made in France and by Michael Dhillon of Bindi Wines.
